—— Rogue waves in nonlinear wave equations

报告摘要：In this talk, we discuss the extreme rogue waves appearing in the field of nonlinear science such as Deep Ocean, nonlinear optics, Bose-Einstein condensates, and even finance. Some nonlinear wave equations are used to illustrate the rogue wave structures and their dynamics.
报告人简介：闫振亚，中科院数学院研究员，主要从事数学物理、可积系统和复杂非线性波的理论方法、符号-数值计算及其交叉应用研究。
