Advancing Generative Models through Topological Perspectives Informed by Discrete Morse Theory

摘要This presentation explores the innovative intersection of Discrete Morse Theory and generative models, offering a novel topological framework to enhance data generation processes. By leveraging topological insights, such as critical points and persistence, we propose a shift from pixel-level or token-level generation to structure-aware generation. This approach allows for the preservation of global consistency and complex topological features in generated data, leading to more robust and coherent outputs. This work highlights the potential of topologically informed models to open new avenues in the development of generative frameworks with enhanced stability and adaptability.
